You’ll live and breathe the desire to prepare and serve hearty home cooked dishes with a hint of a Neilson twist only fitting to our Neilson Mountain Collection Hotels – ranging from 14 to 25 bedrooms, our hotels are warm & friendly homes from home offering superb food & great Neilson service.
Neilson guests can be solo travelers, couples, groups or families who all get to enjoy our superb food with an extensive cooked & continental buffet breakfast, daily afternoon teas and a delicious set-menu evening meal. You’ll know how food can take our guests holiday from good to great and you’ll support you Head Chef by not only making great food for our guests but also great food for our staff too.
As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef with all the important behind the scenes operations including health & safety, budgeting, ordering & stock control. As importantly,they'll work closely with you to train and develop your skills.
You’ll be a grafter, a team player and a holiday maker. It’s all about the Neilson experience - for our guests and for you. You’ll need to be available for the full winter season from mid-November to the end of April too!
