We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Tour Organiser to join the Ski team based at PGL’s Head Office in Ross-on-Wye to cover maternity Maternity.
The team handle sales and bookings for both new and retained groups wishing to travel with us to our wide catalogue of ski destinations. Each Tour Organiser is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the trip for our customers and retaining all groups.

We’re looking for somebody with experience in a customer service role who has experience of sales and a passion for delivering a great product. Experience of skiing/snowboarding is desirable but not essential.
The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week working from 9:00-17:30. Occasional weekend cover and occasional weekend course attendance is expected. A basic salary is enhanced by a commission and bonus scheme on achievement of set targets.
