The Swiss Owners Collection (SOC) is a complete property management service from the SOC office in Putney. The SOC is designed to alleviate the hassle of owning a property abroad.

Job Role:

The role of Overseas Property Assistant is a chance to spend your winter working in the Alps outside of the usual seasonnaire roles.

You will be based in the London office in the weeks leading up to the winter season, helping with member correspondence, making bookings for the upcoming winter season and preparing all winter SOC logistics. From 6th October until mid April, you will be based primarily in Flims where the majority of our apartments are located.

Once you arrive in resort you will be the primary contact of all apartment owners for any resort based queries, i.e. maintenance, cleaning, shopping, ski passes, ski instruction etc. During the Peak Weeks, you will be assisting the PB team in the delivery of the PB product.


  • Previous ski resort experience

  • A good communicator who is adaptable resourceful, patient and diplomatic.
  • Ability to speak German
