VIP SKI is looking for talented and experienced chefs for The Hotel Montjola in St Anton, Austria and also The Hotel Theodul in Lech, Austria.
The Hotel Montjola consists of 33 bedrooms over seven floors and is located just above the centre of town. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with cable flat screen TV and WiFi. Most have balcony or terrace with spectacular views.
The Hotel Theodul, a new addition to our programme this season, consists of 29 rooms including family suites, all ensuite. The hotel is also ideally located on the main high street of Lech and boosts a lovely relaxation suite.
As part of one of our kitchen teams, working alongside the Head Chef you will be responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, afternoon tea and four course evening meal for 66-90 hotel guests. This will include the preparation of children's and staff meals and catering for all guest's special dietary requirements. You will also take responsibility for ensuring that the kitchen and storage areas are maintained in a safe and hygienic condition at all times
