Our Theodul Hotel, located on the Lech high street, caters up to 80 guests each week, providing excellent food and customer care. The Head Chef will be responsible for designing a 7 day menu including 3 courses each evening, along with canapes and a cheese board, as well as producing a full breakfast selection and afternoon tea. In addition, the Head Chef will be responsible for executing and producing exceptional standards of food, accompanied with the smooth running of the Hotel kitchen. We are looking for candidates with previous Head Chef and man-management experience, and someone who will show absolute dedication to the role.
For our catering roles, a passion for cooking and experience working in professional kitchens is vital. You will also need to play an active role in ensuring food hygiene standards are maintained and the kitchens are kept in a safe condition at all times. Please note our Hotel kitchens are professional brigade kitchens.
