VIP SKI is looking for a talented and experienced chef for our boutique hotel and sunny piste side restaurant Altitude Lodge in Les Gets, France.
As part of our kitchen team you will be responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, afternoon tea and four course evening meal for 19-29 hotel guests. This will include the preparation of children's and staff meals and catering for all guest's special dietary requirements. You will also spend time working in the busy public restaurant delivering honest and reliable dishes with locally sourced French ingredients. You will also take responsibility for ensuring that the kitchen and storage areas are maintained in a safe and hygienic condition at all times. Working as part of a team of kitchen staff, you will be committed to providing the top level customer service and high quality catering that VIP SKI is known for. We cannot overstate the impact our staff have to the success of our business and more importantly, the enjoyment of our guests' holiday.
