We are looking for qualified & passionate Chefs with creative flair for our Catered Chalets to come and join our team out in the Alps. Our chalets are luxurious properties, and with guests returning each year, Premiere Neige Chefs are a key part of our catering service. You'll be responsible for creating your own breakfast, cakes for afternoon tea, canapés and a four- to five-course evening meal. You will also provide a two-course high tea for the younger guests in your chalet. And, of course, between morning service and coming back for the evening you'll be able to enjoy some well-earned time on the mountain with your lift pass and ski/board hire!
Along with catering for Première Neige guests, you will also be responsible for related administrative tasks which will include weekly Chalet Accounts, food ordering and Health and Safety paperwork, so the candidate must have experience in these areas. You will work closely with a Host who will look after the front of house of the chalet operation and, as you will be a key player in the the guests' holiday, you must be personable and presentable. We're looking for professional, team-orientated people who are reliable and have a 'can do' attitude. Ideally you'll hold a recognised catering qualification such as NVQ or City & Guild Chef Qualification or have built up extensive work experience in kitchens.
