Working primarily with menus for school groups, but also for our RocketSki guests, not one day will be the same whilst working up in the mountains with Equity!

Sous Chefs are vital to the kitchen team. You help keep the rest of the kitchen team organised throughout the season! You will support the team in delivering high quality, healthy meals for our guests and in the absence of the Head Chef, you’ll be in charge.

You will practice at the highest standards of health and hygiene producing pre-set menus, improving service standards and staying within budgets. Your role is varied and holds responsibility including maximising profits, assisting stock takes and receiving deliveries.

As an experienced Sous Chef, you will understand the pressures of a kitchen environment, and you will actively support and encourage team spirit and development.
