Our hotels, located in Austria, cater up to between 69 and 80 guests each week, providing excellent food and customer care. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, whilst delivering the excellent catering standards that VIP SKI is known for. In addition, the Sous Chef will be responsible for executing and producing exceptional standards of food, as well as ensuring that fantastic customer service standards are being met by all hotel staff. We are looking for candidates with previous Sous Chef and man-management experience, and someone who will show absolute dedication to the role.
For our catering roles, a passion for cooking and experience working in professional kitchens is vital. You will also need to play an active role in ensuring food hygiene standards are maintained and the kitchens are kept in a safe condition at all times. Please note our Hotel kitchens are professional brigade kitchens.
