This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has a really relaxed but professional demeanour about them. In this role you will be responsible for the well being of our staff at the club. You will ensure that all staff incidents and grievances are handled and resolved in a political and effective manner. You will maintain a close but professional relationship with all staff whilst always looking for new ways to boost and maintain staff morale within the club. You will oversee and ensure the general cleanliness and upkeep of staff accommodation, conducting weekly checks and reporting to the General Manager.
This role also includes assisting the Accounts department with the administration of staff payroll and remuneration.
