Fancy accompanying groups around european cities and making use of your language skills? Do you have good attention to detail and a confident, friendly personality?

Equity are looking for Representatives to accompany our tour groups to Europe throughout the year. Your language skills will be used to work with local suppliers and act as a liaison between the group and our head office. You will travel with the group from a UK departure point and see some of the finest landmarks and tourist attractions Europe has to offer. Furthermore, we cover the cost of accommodation and food and you'll join in all the activities the groups do and get paid for it. Think of it as getting paid to holiday! Up for the challenge?   • Upholding a professional image of the company at all times.
  • Familiarisation of hotel, local amenities and excursions.
  • Ability to represent the company positively in all circumstances and to act as the liaison between all suppliers and the party leader.
  • Ensuring high standards of service from the hotel and the local amenities.
  • Organisation and confirmation of arrangements booked with the hotel, as well as the arrangements for excursions and workshops. Ensure that the party leader is aware of all times and meeting points.
  • Liaising with the party leader(s) to ensure that any special requests or concerns are dealt with rapidly and efficiently.
  • Ensuring that coach drivers are well looked after and made aware of the details of coaching and meal arrangements if required.
