Silver Swan is a boutique recruitment agency sourcing hospitality professionals for luxury properties worldwide. We specialise in recruiting for chalets, villas, yachts and private households across the globe. We are looking to recruit a full-time resourcer/trainee consultant to work in our Head Office at London Bridge.

Joining an established team of consultants, you will support Philippa, the Managing Director, with a wide range of administrative tasks assisting with all aspects of recruitment and general office admin. Specifically, you will immediately be playing an instrumental role in an exciting new recruitment project which is soon to launch and will keep you incredibly busy for your first couple of months.

We are looking for someone who can work independently with minimal supervision and who will want to develop and grow within the company. You will need to be proactive, hardworking and dedicated to the continued success of Silver Swan.

This is a resourcer position with the opportunity to develop into a full Recruitment Consultant role over time with long-term career potential within the company.

Start Date – ASAP.

Location - London Bridge.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the advertising of roles on a number of job boards and company website
  • Managing the advertising for a large number of ongoing vacancies
  • Screening/shortlisting of all applicants
  • Conducting candidate registrations
  • Organising and collecting all necessary candidate paperwork
  • Obtaining candidate references; verbal and written
  • General office administration
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • General PA duties including diary management

 SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • previous experience within the hospitality industry of some kind is absolutely essential
  • previous office experience is desirable
  • previous chalet, yacht or industry experience is desirable
  • any recruitment experience is advantageous
  • computer literate
  • good telephone manner
  • hard working, positive, enthusiastic work ethic is essential
