As a Villa Host/Concierge you will be working as a part of a small team running one of our stunning villas in Mallorca. You will be working closely with the villa and resort team ensuring the Scott Dunn standards are maintained at all times and that all our guests benefit from the highest possible level of "Scott Dunn" service. You will also be the main point of contact for the guests, dealing with all their requests and requirements, as well as taking responsibility for a luxury property - creating an extra special holiday.

From our teams, we expect an attitude whereby "Nothing is too much trouble". You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the villa team to ensure that all our guests benefit from the highest possible level of Scott Dunn' service
  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with guests each week, ensuring they are informed of all local events and updated on any relevant information that may help enhance their stay.
  • To ensure that the villa is continually kept to a high level of cleanliness  
  • Be responsible for creating a warm and friendly environment
  • Alongside the rest of the villa team take responsibility and ownership of the property- this includes cleanliness, maintenance, communication with the villa owners and overall guest service and experience.


  • Full concierge and hosting service
  • To make reservations for guests at local recommended restaurants on team's day off
  • Help and advise guests with reservations for activities and attractions.
  • Independently gain local knowledge and continue to update this information on a regular basis
  • To manage every aspect of the property i.e. air conditioning, shade by the pool, access to the property
  • To assist in preparing and serving light bites, coolers, bread, breakfast, lunch, canapés and a four course evening dinner
  • Work alongside the villa maid to ensure the property is kept clean and tidy
  • On maids day off manage the cleaning of the villa

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Work experience in Michelin starred establishments, functions, corporate hospitality, yachts, previous ski seasons and luxury travel companies are all desirable
  • Relevant customer service experience
  • Experience in waitressing or house keeping
  • A Full UK/EU Driving Licence is desirable
  • Available for the whole season (May until end of September - booking dependent)
  • UK or EU Passport holder
  • UK National Insurance Number
  • UK Bank Account
