We are looking for an experienced chef and concierge couple to provide a personal and luxurious holiday experience to guests in this beautiful villa overlooking the Greek coast. This is a great opportunity to create your own exciting menus with fantastic Mediterranean produce and the villa itself is a stunning 7-bedroom property with top-floor outdoor dining space, olive grove, an infinity pool and a full flood-lit tennis court. The villa is accessible via a dock, so if one of you having a boat license is a bonus as they have a rib and provide water sport activities for guests.

  • Create exciting tailored menus based on guest requests, taking into account diverse dietary requirements including all intolerances and allergies, ultimately offering the guests a memorable fine-dining experience using fresh produce
  • Maintain budget requirements as required
  • Ensure the kitchen and work areas meet health and hygiene standards
  • Ensure that the kitchen and work area are organised clean and ready to receive guests
  • Communicate with guests during the preparation of meals
  • Customer service delivery – incl. service of breakfast and an evening meal as well as ad hoc lunches as guests require
  • Housekeeping of the villa including all bedrooms and bathrooms (laundry, cleanliness and presentation throughout the chalet)
  • Proactive communication with guests to ensure all queries are answered and any special requests are met before and during their stay
  • General villa maintenance – reporting issues to the chalet manager maintaining general hygiene, health and safety standards maintaining
  • Be flexible about working hours, as dictated by guest occupancy of the villa
  • Be flexible in your role as a team to constantly develop and evolve the delivery of the dining experience
  • Ensure you are friendly, courteous and professional in dealing with guests
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and cleanliness
Ideal Candidate
  • Have the relevant experience and/or qualifications to fulfil this role
  • Have exemplary customer service skills, developed from your experience as a chef (either worked in a fine dining Michelin starred or Rosette level restaurant, high end ski chalet or have obtained experience working as a chef in the yacht industry).
  • Have the most up to date knowledge/qualification on food and hygiene standards or be willing to undertake an online Food Health and Hygiene course
  • Be positive, enthusiastic and client centred at all times
  • Be 23 and over (for vehicle insurance)
  • Hold a current valid driving licence
  • Hold a current valid boat license (desirable)
£500 each per week
