We are looking for mature, experienced transfer drivers to be based in Morzine, France for the winter 2017/2018 season.

Qualifications required:

Successful applicants will have:

  • An EU passport, a UK NI number and UK bank account
  • Had a full driver’s licence for at least 2 years and have one of the following:
    • D1 (not as a result of grandfathered rights) /CPC professional driving qualification; or
    • ROSPA chauffeur certificate; or
    • 2 years/seasons plus relevant (verified by previous employer’s letter) driving experience.

Job Specifics

You will be responsible for transferring passengers in a safe and timely manner from the airport (usually Geneva) to resorts in the Portes du Soleil ski area and, on occasion, other nearby ski areas.  In addition, you will:

  • Ensure your van is clean and tidy at all times;
  • Be responsible for reporting any damage to your van immediately and/or any maintenance requirements;
  • Ensure you know your schedule and your pick/up drop off locations; and
  • Provide a friendly, professional and customer-focussed transfer service to all passengers on every journey.

Hours etc

  • Full time positions – 30 hours per week (4 days). Please be aware this is an average – in busy/ peak weeks you may be asked to do more hours and in quieter weeks, fewer hours.
  • We offer a competitive hourly rate paid directly to your bank account in the UK.
  • You will need to have your own accommodation.
  • Start date is mid-December through to the end of March.
  • You will need to pass a medical which we can arrange for you in France at the beginning of the season. We will also require a ‘fit for work’ medical certificate from your GP.
We will provide training on arrival in Morzine to ensure you are familiar with the airport routes, key client locations in resort etc.
