Job Description
Chalet Hosts
We are looking for experienced and capable chalet staff to run our well located and comfortable chalets in St Anton and Val d'Isere.
Working as part of a team you will support the Chalet Chef in the daily running of the chalet and hosting of the chalet party, making sure your guests have everything they need to enjoy their holiday. You should have a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude and go out of your way to ensure your guests feel happy and well looked after.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas of your chalet 6 days a week
- Laying the table, serving and clearing meals
- Assisting the Chalet Chef with food preparation and chalet administration if required
- Ensuring guests are comfortable and the chalet is an inviting and homely environment
- Being sociable, chatty and helpful towards your guests
Skills & Experience:
- Previous hospitality and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and a love of meeting and mixing with new people
- The ability to think on your feet and solve problems
- A flexible, enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work
- Friendly, outgoing, well presented
- Hard working, reliable, good time keeping, organised.
- Applicants must hold an EU passport and UK National Insurance Number.
