Job Description
Lyngen Lodge Norway requires an enthusiastic and talented chef to run the catering at the Lyngen Lodge for 16 guests.
Lyngen Lodge has in recent years received national recognition for outstanding cuisine in local fish and meat produce. We are seeking a chef who wishes to continue this trend.
The kitchen is open plan and full guest interactive. Menus are set and all produce is local sourced. Reindeer, fresh cod, salmon, lamb, king crab. Job roles:All food ordering and preparing. 8 hours per day shifts. Accommodation and food included. EU Passport requirement. Driving license. Non smoker. Over 25 years of age apply only.
