Working a winter in childcare as a Pepi Leader with Crystal Ski is a great way to use your childcare qualification in the exciting environment of a ski resort.
Please be aware this is a standby role as we are fully recruited currently, you will be sent overseas when a vacancy becomes available.
You will be working with a team in one of our kids clubs, caring for our youngest customers ranging from 6 months - 4 years in our Pepi Penguin Club. We want all the children in our care to have a safe and fun holiday and you are responsible for providing a stimulating, caring and safe environment to the highest standards, at times you may also be needed to help care for the 4-11year old children in the Whizz Kid Club.
Pepi Leaders need to be qualified in childcare to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, hold a valid First Aid certificate and be CRB screened. Previous experience in childcare and the package holiday environment is an advantage. Being able to ski is not crucial but a desire to learn will mean you have a fantastic winter season.
