POWDER BYRNE YETI MANAGER / SKI MANAGER:

Powder Byrne International is regarded as the premier provider of luxury holiday childcare.

The role of Yeti/Ski Manager requires a person with a very broad spectrum of skills to deliver a high standard of service to children and adults.
Most of the season you will be required to act as a Ski Guide, looking after our adult guests both on and off the slopes. This requires a high standard of ski ability, as you will be guiding skiers on all pistes in resort, as well as excellent customer service skills.

During the school holidays, New Year / Feb Half Term / Easter the position involves managing our children's ski club - The Yeti Club!

The Yeti Club is for children aged between 4 and 9 years, who are taught to ski by local ski instructors under the supervision of our Yeti staff. As the children become more confident on skis they progress from the nursery area up the slopes and ski in different ability groups around the resort.

This is a key role in resort and would suit someone who is looking to gain valuable experience and take the next step towards becoming a Resort Manager in forthcoming seasons.

Requirements:
Relevant resort experience
Full Clean Driving licence
Excellent ski ability (min 20 wks for full season position only)
Childcare experience (Children aged between 4 - 14years)
Excellent customer care skills and communication skills
Adaptable, resourceful patient and diplomatic
Team player essential
