PGL, the UK's leading provider of activity holidays for children, have opportunities for qualified RYA Sailors to join the team in 2012 and work at one of our market-leading activity centres in Southern France or Spain.

PGL has been introducing young people to exhilarating watersports for over 50 years and now operate four RYA recognised teaching establishments in France and Spain. Whether you are looking for a career in the outdoor industry or just want to spend some time instructing your favourite activity, PGL has excellent opportunities for qualified and unqualified people.

We are looking for people who can share their passion for the water with our young guests and inspire, motivate and reassure. If you are a qualified RYA Instructor, you will lead our popular watersports sessions, teaching our guests the basics of sailing.

Working as a PGL Sailing Instructor, you'll have the opportunity to live and work in a unique environment, receive a competitive wage, meals, free uniform, transport to our overseas centre from a UK departure point if working in France or Spain, have access to training and development opportunities, whilst working in a friendly staff team, with accommodation provided.

You'll need to hold a minimum of your RYA Dinghy Instructor award to be considered for this role.
