Job Description


As Area Manager you will provide in-resort Company representation to Crystal Holidays & Thomson & First Choice customers. Maximisation & management of customer service, sales and operational efficiency at resort level, for either one, or several of our programmes; Reps, chalets, properties, childcare.

You will represent the company by providing information and resolving any problems that may arise from from a company and client point of view. Acting as a figure-head and single point of contact within the resort communication network for customers, staff and suppliers.

Management of resort teams/staff for a given area/country with teams starting from 30+. Ensure all paperwork (to include customer facing material) is completed/produced to the required standard and within deadlines set. Through training and support ensure every effort is made to achieve and exceed targets in the area of sales/quality/service.

Requirements

Skills & Ability

Competent skier/snowboarder

Problem Solving & Sales / Negotiation skill

Customer Service background Accounting, Numeracy, IT, Admin, Social Media exposure

Experience of delivering training courses and developing staff

Work autonomously / unsupervised

Excellent Communication Skills

Conversational/Fluent Foreign Language (French / German Pref)

Qualifications

Driving License with D1

1st Aid Certificate (desired)

Experience Travel industry / Overseas experience

Relevent people / team management

Relevant Work Experience

Relevant Level Management Experience

Commercial / Financial

Remote / Multi-site Management
