Managing one of our Hotels, you will assume leadership and responsibility for all operational and guest related aspects of the hotel. Taking the leading role in hosting our guests, you will ensure that you and your team make them feel welcome and in professional hands. You will supervise and organise the Hotel staff and ensure at all times that our high standards, procedures and company image are maintained.
You will be expected to provide regular accurate reports and accounts to the Overseas and UK offices, meeting all company deadlines. You will therefore need to be highly organised and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
As well as the skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical indoor and outdoor duties throughout the season, and ensure that you fully support the Chalet Hotel, chalet and Child Care programmes.
