Reps Supervisor - Standby

As a Reps Supervisor with Crystal Ski you will be expected to have the knowledge and experience of ski holiday operations to ensure that our customers have a fantastic ski holiday. A challenging but rewarding job that would suit an experienced ski rep looking for more responsibility.

A Crystal Reps Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the resort options run smoothly and that any problems or issues are addressed and resolved properly. You will work closely with a team of Resort Reps to assist in difficult situations, to ensure targets are met and that staff are working to their best ability. Reporting to the Resort Manager or Area Manager as a Reps Supervisor you will make sales and customer service figures soar.

We need Reps Supervisors who know the package holiday industry inside and out, with proven management ability, who know how to motivate, inspire and lead a team to success. You will be competent in all areas of the Resort rep role and will be able to deal with a variety of demanding and sensitive issues and have a passion for skiing.

We're looking for applicants for with people management experience and experience working in a ski resort environment. They will be motivated by working to targets and able to instil this enthusiasm in their team. The role encompasses sales, customer service, problem solving, admin skills, IT skills, accountancy skills and masses of organisational ability.

Requirements

Essential

Customer service experience working with a diverse range of customer profiles

Experience within a target sales environment where you have worked to individual and team set targets

Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and positive manner

Mature and flexible approach with the ability to adapt to any situation

Ability to ski or snowboard confidently with guests down red runs.

Ability to lead and motivate a team of hard working Ski Reps

Desirable

Second language to a conversational level in either French, German, Spanish or Italian

Previous experience in the tourism or ski industry

Ability and confidence to drive in a ski resort environment.
