Front desk Agent / Public Relation Coordinators

We are looking for Front Desk Agents / Publics Relations Coordinator for our resorts abroad.

YOUR ROLE

  • Being the representative for English-speaking guests
  • Arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out)
  • Telephone switchboard
  • Cash-box
  • Sales promotion (stay, meals, B&B)
  • Organising and taking part to cultural events for English-speaking guests
  • Translating information documents and notices
  • Making speeches (information conferences, presentation of shows and events...)

YOUR PROFILE

  • Availability and international mobility from 5 to 8 months minimum
  • Diploma in international travel industry preferred
  • Working experience mandatory
  • IT skills
  • Bilingual English and French, other foreign languages a plus (German, Dutch, Russian, Italian...)

French season contract. Accommodation and meals provided

by the Club (with your financial contribution).
