Ski Beat

Ski Beat Careers

Ski Beat was founded and is still run by people who came out to France to “do a season” and then never went back! We provide quality ski holidays with good standard chalets in the high altitude snow-sure resorts of Meribel, Val d'Isère, Les Arcs and La Plagne (Paradiski), La Rosière and La Tania. Many of the staff “on the Beat” (and indeed many guests) return year after year thanks to our friendly ethos and excellent staff package. Will you end up being one of those seasonnaires who comes out and makes the French Alps their home? Read on...

Val d'Isère : Ski Beat’s Chalet Cristal is in an excellent location only 150m from the Daille funicular. There are five chalets within this lovely building that sleep from 8/9 to 10 guests. There are loads of facilities close to the chalet and you can ski down to just over the road. It is only a quick hop on the local shuttle bus to the centre of Val d'Isère and EVERYTHING this world class ski resort has to offer.

Meribel: Ski Beat has 5 catered ski chalets in Meribel very close to each other in Meribel Mussillon. These catered chalets are about 700m from the centre of Meribel and 250m from the ever-popular Dick`s Tea Bar nightclub, a Meribel favourite: the chalets sleep from 6 to 16 guests. Imagine having access to the Three Valley skiing and nightlife?

La Plagne: Ski Beat has 13 chalets in the recently voted “World’s Most Popular Ski Resort”! They are in Plagne 1800 and most are stand alone and some are ski in-ski out. La Plagne is linked to Les Arcs to form Paradiski giving you the chance to ski an epic ski area. The chalets cater from 6 to 18 guests.

La Tania: Ski Beat has 6 chalets in La Tania, tucked away in the pine trees above the village, which is a short walk away. La Tania is in the Courchevel valley of Les Trois Vallees. The Ski Beat chalets sleep 10 to 18 guests and four of them are all next door to each other which means the “Ski Beaters” become a very close-knit team. Our resort manager, Chris, has managed this cracking team for the past two seasons to a very high standard.

La Rosière: Ski Beat has 9 chalets in this resort. It has an excellent snow record: La Rosiere is linked to La Thuile in Italy to form the Espace San Bernardo. Almost all the skiing is above 1850m and much of it North facing. In les Eucherts there are a few bars, for example the Kitzbuhel bar, with 6 lane bowling alley, pool table & weekly live music, or the Moo Bar lounge & nightclub. The six Papillon chalets are all in one lovely building and sleep 8 to 17 guests. A snowball’s throw away are the Perdrix chalets which were new in 2008-09. They sleep from 10 to 16 guests.

Les Arcs: Ski Beat has 11 chalets in Plan Peisey, Les Arcs, sleeping from 8 to 15 guests: all are en-suite, and all close to the lifts and pistes of Les Arcs and Paradiski. There are two chalets next to the Solan Restaurant on the piste, 4 close to the Vanoise Express and the “Top Five” chalets are right next to the piste, chairlift and La Vache restaurant. Our fabulous resort managers, Al and Heather have been running this resort for 3 years now and they know how to make sure their team get the best from their season.
