Esprit Holidays is the No.1 provider of Family Ski holidays offering some of the world’s top resorts with fantastic properties all offering our seamless Child Care service. Summer holidays are also catered for with our Alpine Adventures experience which combines the stunning mountain settings with alternative activities such as mountain biking, rock climbing and white water rafting.

We offer our guests catered chalets and chalet hotels with properties ranging in size from 5 beds to over 200. One of our keys to success is strong personal recommendation with not only our staff returning year after year but many of our guests doing so also with 97% saying they would return on holiday with us again.

We employ a huge number of staff with positions in catering, child care and management and seek staff with the passion, desire and experience to be the best in the industry. We actively look to promote staff from within and have challenging and varied roles offering you the chance to fulfill your ambitions for a one off season or to drive your career forward within the travel and hospitality industry.

With over 29 years experience we understand what it is to work a season and as a company look to achieve our goals whilst helping our staff to achieve theirs. We run a comprehensive training course and have a strong support network for our teams.

Our resort staff are normally required to work the full season from mid November to late April, although there are opportunities starting in January, February or even March. For our summer programme, Alpine Adventures, the season runs from late June to mid September.

Applicants must be in possession of an UK/EU passport, have UK residency, a UK bank account and a permanent UK National Insurance number.
